"Good evening, like you we have a house in a remote rural location 10 minutes from Limoux. Before we completed on the purchase in 2018 we had to be sure that we had secured someone to help with the management whilst we are at home in the UK. We found few firms or individuals offering what we needed but after 2 sets of interviews we asked Sara and Joe to take on our place. Since then their client base has grown but the level of service they have offered us has remained very high. Some tasks such as gardening and pool maintenance are in effect outsourced to others who have also provided very good service. Our cleaning, change overs ( we use a key code system) and laundry have always been well done and any unforeseen problems very quickly resolved keeping us and the visitors fully informed. The monthly security checks give us peace of mind through the Winter months. I can’t really think of any pitfalls as we have always been pleased with what they do. They certainly surpassed expectations by advertising the property on various French websites ( or French versions of sites) during the past 2 Summers drawing on a European market which meant all but full occupancy during July and August.If there is a potential downside it is simply the fact they they are a small team and don’t have the support of a larger organisation but for our purposes they haven’t ever left us worrying about anything and Sara is a very effective communicator and keeps us fully updated on all matters."​​
