Al Fairhurst is a Chef with over 25 years-experience in the industry, now based in the
South of France.
Apart from British Fine Dining, Italian and Classical French cuisine, he also
specialises in Southeast Asian food, having travelled extensively throughout
the Indian Sub-continent, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia and Malaysia,
where he learned the principal skills of regional cookery.
He also has extensive experience as a Private Chef working for two Cheshire
celebrities.

Al can prepare fresh home meals for you with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.  A special occasion dinner or cozy family get together Al can tailor the menu to your wishes.  From simple meals to elaborate restaurant quality dishes made with care in the comfort of your holiday home without lifting a finger!

Al also does a meal delivery service most weekends offering South East Asian and Indian dishes.
